G2 showed great form on Overpass, but were bested on Anubis and crumbled on Ancient.
The young international team have become the second team to 3-0 in Stage 2 alongside Team Spirit. FUT picked Anubis, which paid off as G2 only found 4 terrorist rounds, not enough to stay in it.
G2 replied with a dominant Overpass win, with the whole squad firing but especially HeavyGoD. They won the map 13-6 with no struggles.
FUT got to play Ancient as the decider, one of their best maps. After a blistering 9-3 first half, they lost the pistol round but won the force buy with a dem0n double kill in mid. They rolled on to win 13-4.
Player of the match: HeavyGod
Despite being on the losing team, HeavyGod was the ost consistent force on G2. He was positive even in the 4-13 trouncing on Ancient, and carried Overpass.
He led the server in terrorist-side kills (28) and multikills (6), which is where G2 struggled the most.
