The second day of BLAST.tv Austin Major is ready to go underway, and the stakes have been raised.
Tuesday’s opener delivered 16 best-of-one matches, but today, it’s crunch time for some teams. Two teams will lock in their spots in the next stage, while another two will be eliminated from the tournament entirely.

In the 2-0 pool, HEROIC and B8 will each get a shot at early qualification as they take on FlyQuest and Wildcard, respectively, in best-of-three progression matches. A win here secures advancement and locks in Stage 2.
Meanwhile, at the bottom of the bracket, Chinggis Warriors and Fluxo will clash in a do-or-die elimination match — same for Imperial and Metizport. Both series are also best-of-three, with the losers packing their bags.
The day also includes another two rounds of best-of-one action in the 1-1 bracket, with teams like Complexity, OG, TYLOO and Legacy looking to stay alive in the race.
