Neymar da Silva Santos Júnior is a professional football player for Paris Saint-Germain, and is by many recognized as one of the best footballers in the world. However, did you know that he’s also a very skilled CS:GO player?
In our latest Deep Dive episode, we asked Niels-Christian “NaToSaphiX” Sillassen to dissect the Brazilian superstar and some of his latest FACEIT demos to provide an answer whether he could go pro in CS:GO or not. Without giving up the answer, NaToSaphiX is highly impressed by Neymar’s CS:GO skills and more importantly his game sense.

Playing with ZywOo and other CS:GO stars
It may not surprise you that Neymar is more than a solid CS:GO player if you are a common Counter-Strike fan. The PSG player often streams on Twitch and has 35+ matches on FACEIT in September so far(while averaging a 1.65 K/D ratio).
He has also squared off against some of the best players in the game when he featured in a show match against ZywOo, apEX and shox back in 2020. Here Neymar managed to get a sneaky knife kill on ZywOo including an outstanding 1v3 clutch on Inferno. You can watch the two plays down below.
