Complexity to exit Counter Strike after sale of four players

American organization Complexity to close CS division and complete sale of 4 of their players at the same time.

Complexity CEO Jason Lake posted a video on X explaining that it’s no longer economically sustainable for the organization to field a tier-one Counter-Strike team.

There’s a silver lining for North American fans: the roster has already found a new home. Passion UA announced it has acquired four of Complexity’s five players.

The new Passion UA lineup:

Johnny “JT” Theodosiou

Håkon “hallzerk” Fjærli

Michael “Grim” Wince

Nick “nicx” Lee

Vladyslav “Kvem” Korol

In essence, Passion UA has taken the core of Complexity’s lineup, swapping Danny “Cxzi” Strzelczyk for Kvem. The move also reunites the players with coach Tiaan “T.c” Coertzen, who left Complexity in March.
