Berlin International Gaming are the victors in the first edition of Blast Premier Spring Groups, as the Germans overpowered Ninjas in Pyjamas in the Grand Final of Group A. They receive the $25.000 first prize but most importantly a ticket for the prestigious BLAST Premier Spring Final.
BIG came from an impressive victory over Astralis, giving them a strong and powerful momentum and confidence which they clearly continued to use against NiP this evening. Something, that became really evident on the first map on Vertigo, as tabseN and company steamrolled over the Swedes by handing the Scandinavians a crushing 16-2 loss.
NiP stepped up on Overpass and gave BIG a much tougher match, however, the Germans were too strong and through a monster performance by syrsoN who had a 2.01 Rating on Vertigo, continuing his lethal and deadly antics on the second map.
