It was recently rumored that Astralis planned to replace Martin “stavn” Lund with former player Emil “Magisk” Reif. Astralis has now confirmed the move, announcing the Danish star’s return on X.
While playing for Astralis, Magisk won three Majors and numerous other trophies as part of what many consider the greatest Counter-Strike team of all time.
According to both the team and stavn, the decision was not performance related. Stavn requested a break for “personal things”.
