18-year-old carries rookie team to BLAST Bounty trophy over NiKo and m0NESY

PARIVISION took down Falcons in 3-0 fashion, leading Jame to his first big trophy since the Major in 2022.

PARIVISION took down Falcons in 3-0 fashion, leading Jame to his first big trophy since the Major in 2022.

After defeating Team Spirit and FURIA, PARIVISION but a bow on the run by taking down Team Falcons.

Granted, Spirit just made roster changes and Falcons were with a stand-in. PARIVISION came into the tournament with a #14 ranking, and defeated three different top five teams. In the case of Falcons, it was in a 3-0 sweep.

Quiet final for m0NESY; nota’s noteworthy revelation

Ilya ‘m0NESY Osipov failed to deliver in this grand final, despite having the alley oop playing against a lower tier opponent. PARIVISION’s teamplay and performance proved too oppressive to handle.

Especially the 18-year-old Emil ‘nota’ Moskvitin was unstoppable, getting 60 kills, 5.50% round swing and 92 ADR across the three maps. He also achieved these stats while maintaining a 71.6% headshot percentage!

PARIVISION showed disbelief at their unexpected victory.

“We don’t realize what happened,” said Andrey ‘BELCHONOKK’ Yasinskiy after the final. “It’s all thanks to Jame and dastan,” said nota.

Jame’s “redemption arc” is fully underway, getting his first trophy since Outsiders’ win at the IEM Rio Major 2022.

Disappointment for Falcons

Despite playing multiple grand finals at the best events, Falcons have failed to convert 4 out of 4 of them. This time they were lacking their star rifler and head coach behind them, but they were the favorite to win it after defeating Team Vitality.

Damjan ‘kyxsan’ Stoilkovski said that Falcons did not “feel” like the favorites in this final, due to the last-minute stand-in situation.

“It was difficult for him to understand what he needs to do,” kyxsan said about Matej ‘NucleonZ’ Trajkoski, who went 29-53 in the grand final, however, he put it down to lack of time. “He has potential and a bright future”.

Talking about the consecutive lost finals, kyxsan acknowledged it and said he has not found a solution yet.

Falcons will need more chances if they are to make good of their high investment into CS2.
