Nemiga’s in-game leader robo finds his aim in a 2-0 that knocks DENDELE out of Bucharest

robo went 35-24 after three series in the red as Nemiga beat DENDELE 2-0 on Nuke and Ancient to stay alive in Bucharest, with their Singapore Major place now settled.

robo went into Tuesday’s elimination match with 83 kills and 123 deaths from three series at PGL Masters Bucharest 2026. He left it as the top fragger on the server, 35-24, as Nemiga took DENDELE’s own Nuke pick 13-3 and Ancient 13-6 to stay alive on two wins and two losses. Their first Major invitation since 2025 is now settled.

Two days of near misses had defined Nemiga in Bucharest. After a sweep of Legacy in the opening round, they lost four maps in a row, two of them by two rounds: 11-13 on Mirage against BetBoom and 14-16 in overtime on the same map against Aurora, a map they had led 11-8. Their in-game leader was the face of the slump. robo went 42-51 against Legacy, 20-34 against BetBoom and 21-38 against Aurora.

Against DENDELE there were no close rounds to lose. Nemiga gave up nine rounds over two maps, and robo topped the server with 35 kills, 95.7 ADR and 80% KAST.

Three series in the red, then 35 kills

robo is not a caller who sits back. He takes many of Nemiga’s entries himself and does not shy away from duels with players who are mechanically stronger. In three series that approach had left him far short of his deaths. On Tuesday the duels went his way. On Nuke he went 17-12, and on Ancient, where Nemiga started on the T side, he was 14-6 in the first half alone, finishing the map 18-12.

He was not alone. KaiR0N- went 22-5 with 119.7 ADR on Nuke. On Ancient the late rounds belonged to Xant3r: just as DENDELE started to win rounds after half-time, he won a one-against-two clutch and finished the second half with eight kills in seven rounds. All five Nemiga players finished the series with more kills than deaths, something they did not manage once in their three previous series.

Two plants in a half on their own pick

DENDELE chose Nuke, and the choice put them on the T side first. Their plan was speed, with fast attacks on A, and Nemiga’s defenders shut them down again and again. Nemiga won the first seven rounds, and DENDELE planted the bomb twice in the whole half. It ended 10-2.

The Brazilian side had played this way to good effect a day earlier. Against G2 they won Nuke 13-5 and Inferno 13-5, and doc finished that series with 59 kills. Here he had 20, and gafolo, who had 45 kills against G2, finished on 12 and 30 deaths. rdnzao was the only DENDELE player who made a real impact, 15-12 on Nuke with most of the team’s opening duels and multi-kill rounds.

Ancient was closer only after the result was settled. Nemiga led 9-3 at the break, DENDELE won three rounds in the second half, with maxxkor finally finding a few picks with the AWP, but never threatened to take the match to Mirage.

A day from the playoffs, and a Major place settled

The win keeps Nemiga in the race for one of the last three playoff places in Swiss round five on Wednesday. Beyond Bucharest, their week is already made. The sweep is worth 19 points in HLTV’s forecast of Valve’s Regional Standings and lifts them from 22nd to 19th, and HLTV’s invite simulator now has their place at the Singapore Major as clinched, six days before Valve’s 2 November snapshot. It will be Nemiga’s first Major since Austin in 2025.

DENDELE finish 12th to 14th, worth $18,750. The defeat costs them ten points and one place, to 36th, and their Major place is not yet certain: the same simulator puts it at 95.8%, seventh of the nine Americas places. Gamers Club Masters VII in São Paulo, which starts on Thursday, is their last event before the cut-off, and a place in its final would make the invitation all but sure.

Results and Wednesday’s pairings are on our PGL Masters Bucharest 2026 page.
