NAVI recover at IEM Cologne Major 2026 with clean sweep over Legacy

Natus Vincere secured a 2-0 victory against Legacy in Stage 3 of the IEM Cologne Major 2026. The result allows the roster to bounce back immediately following their opening round defeat to Team Spirit.

b1t dominates on Inferno

The series commenced on Inferno, the map selection of Legacy. Following a heavy loss to Team Spirit the previous day, NAVI required a strong start to regain their tournament footing. Valeriy “b1t” Vakhovskiy anchored the squad with a standout individual performance.

Finishing the map with a 19-4 kill-death ratio, b1t shut down the Brazilian offense completely. The structural issues that affected NAVI in their opening match were entirely absent, allowing them to secure a swift 13-4 victory on their opponent’s map pick.

Ancient provides a competitive conclusion

The matchup moved to Ancient, where Legacy offered much stronger resistance. Both teams fought to establish control, resulting in an evenly matched first half that left the score tied at the break.

The second half remained highly competitive as the two sides traded rounds. Ultimately, NAVI managed to edge out Legacy in the closing stages of the map. By securing a narrow 13-10 win, NAVI completed the series sweep to successfully stabilize their record.
