Vitality humiliate MOUZ in IEM Krakow semi-final

The world number one defeated their bitter rivals, 13-7 and 13-6.

The world number one defeated their bitter rivals, 13-7 and 13-6.

MOUZ was on Dust2, Vitality’s pick, after being battered on Nuke. MOUZ won the opening pistol with ease. In a nervous moment, Ádám ‘torzsi’ Torzsás panics against a pack of glocks and P250s and drops down to CT. The group overwhelms his surprised teammates and Vitality steals the round with a measly 600$ investment.

That was an effective summary of the series. MOUZ gave up three anti-eco rounds this series, costing them dearly.

MOUZ panicked in late-round situations

Of MOUZ’s players, only Jimi ‘Jimpphat’ Salo seemed to withstand the pressure. He won two critical clutches on Nuke to keep MOUZ alive, in what could have been an even worse thrashing.

Mathieu ‘ZywOo’ Herbaut was in his usual MOUZ-stomping form, including perhaps the shot of the tournament.

Dust2 was even more one-sided as MOUZ did not stand a chance against Vitality, after losing all of those eco rounds.

FURIA vs Vitality grand final

Vitality face the worthiest challenger to their era they have had so far. It’s a rematch of the IEM Chengdu 2025 grand final, which FURIA won 3:0.

Tune in at 17.00 CET to see who will hoist the IEM Krakow 2026 trophy.
