As first told by HLTV, The MongolZ has confirmed in a post on Telegram, that Senzu will not be playing the StarLadder Budapest Major, but instead Unudelger “controlez” Baasanjargal will stand-in for the tournament.
Shock benching
The shock benching of Senzu has been widely discussed in the community, with all kinds of speculation as to why. However, the discussion has calmed down after a Mongolian commentator said on a podcast that it was due to burnout.
The first event controlez will play as a stand-in is IEM Chengdu, which starts next week. The Telegram post also confirms that The MongolZ will play BLAST Rivals Fall without Senzu.
