s1mple skips BC.Game match to play Dota 2

Oleksandr “s1mple” Kostyliev did not play BC.Game’s official series against Eternal Fire last week, choosing to queue Dota 2 instead.

According to hawk.live, Oleksandr “s1mple” Kostyliev did not play BC.Game’s official series against Eternal Fire last week, choosing to queue Dota 2 instead. In his absence, BC.Game used Timur “FL4MUS” Marev, currently benched by Virtus.pro, as a stand-in.

BC.Game lose while s1mple win

FL4MUS performed well with a 1.21 rating, the best on BC.Game, but it was not enough to win the series. BC.Game stole Eternal Fire’s Overpass pick 16–14 in overtime, Eternal Fire leveled the score on Dust2 13–9, then closed on Inferno 13–7 behind a dominant 10–2 T-side. The loss eliminated BC.Game from Exort The Proving Grounds Season 5.

While BC.Game were playing the series, s1mple was in Dota 2 lobbies. He split his two matches that night, winning one and losing one. Over the last 30 days, s1mple has played 115 Dota 2 matches compared to 48 FACEIT games on his main CS profile.
