The final round of Stage 1 at the BLAST.tv Austin Major has concluded, with TYLOO, Legacy, and Lynn Vision claiming the last remaining spots for the next phase of the competition.
The three teams secured their advancement with wins in Friday’s do-or-die matches. TYLOO overcame FlyQuest in a closely contested 2-1 series, while Legacy delivered a convincing 2-0 victory against Wildcard. Lynn Vision completed the trio by defeating NRG 2-1 in the final elimination match.
The conclusion of Stage 1 also marked the end of the road for all three teams from the North American, as Complexity, NRG, and Wildcard all exited the tournament without reaching Stage 2.
