This achievement surpasses the previous record of 1,802,853 concurrent players, set by Counter-Strike: Global Offensive in May 2023. The surge in players highlights CS2’s ongoing dominance in the FPS genre, fueled by major updates and competitive events.
With Counter-Strike’s player base continuing to grow, this new record cements CS2 as the most-played Counter-Strike title in history.
