Sprout dumps IGL after two day trial
Is this the shortest trail is CSGO history?
Sprout is still looking for a new IGL as Mikkel "Maze" Sparvath´s trail with Sprout comes to an end after just two days and two matches. Sprout is currently set to play with their coach Danny "BERRY" krüger in the upcoming ESL Challenger Season 44 and in the CCT Central Europe Malta Finals 1.
The trail with Maze ended after just two matches as the Danish-majority roster got a last place after losing both their games at the IEM Brazil Europe Closed Qualifier. Sprout lost to 9INE and BIG in their two games. The tournament didn't go as Maze and the rest of Sprout would have hoped. The 21-year-old IGL Mikkel "Maze" Sparvath had a tough time against the top teams averaging 0.71 Rating / -36 +/- / 0.46 KPR / 0.73 DPR throughout the two games.
Sprout has been looking for an IGL since Ismail "refrezh" Ali stepped down from the role after just six months. The former Heroic player revealed on his Twitter that he suffers from stutter and that it has prevented him from reaching the potential he would have hoped for as a caller.
Sprout will now welcome coach BERRY as the fifth man going into their upcoming matches.
The Sprout roster will look as follows:
Laurențiu "lauNX" Țârlea
Adrian "XELLOW" Guță
Ismail "refrezh" Ali
Victor "Staehr" Staehr
Danny "BERRY" Krüger (stand-in)
