VINI not a part of FURIA’s future

The future is unknown for Vinicius “VINI” Figueiredo as he will not be a part of FURIA in 2022. This was announced earlier today by coach Nicholas “guerri” Nogueira.

The news has come on the back of reports that “VINI” was in talks with Team Liquid, who will most likely be scrambling their current roster by the end of the season.

The 22-year old rifler was with the Brazilian organization for four years, during which he was a part of the core that blossomed into one of the most feared American teams. FURIA have won seven events with “VINI” as an active part of the squad, but will be replacing him as they look to find a dedicated AWPer according to “guerri”.

If you are sad to see “VINI” go, you need not worry as he comments on his Twitter that his “desire is to continue playing CSGO professionally, so at the moment I am evaluating all the proposals for my future as a player.”

Without “VINI” FURIA will look as follows:

{cflag:BR} Yuri “yuurih” Santos

{cflag:BR} Andrei “arT” Piovezan

{cflag:BR} André “drop” Abreu
