TSM has revealed that the Swedish rifler Joel “joel” Holmlund will join the roster on a 2-month trial basis. The 19-year-old is set to fill out the void from Cai “Cypher” Watson, who signed a deal with Aleksandar “kassad” Trifunović’s new project BLEED.
That means joel will partake in the upcoming qualifiers for the European RMR tournament together with Valdemar “valde” Bjørn Vangså and the rest of TSM.
– joel will assist in bringing greater balance to our roles, while also adding firepower to the squad. We look forward to watching him play with us as we evaluate our performance, TSM wrote on X following today’s announcement.

ESIC ban
joel is currently serving a ban issued by the Esports Integrity Commission (ESIC), due to the Swede having made “serious breaches” to ESIC’s Anti-Corruption Code. According to ESIC it involved betting related issues.
The ban will end tomorrow on January 6th, why joel is eligible to play next week’s Major qualifier.
