After nearly two years on the roster, Liquid have made their first incision by removing their AWPer.
Team Liquid have made their first roster change of the season by removing Polish AWPer, Roland ‘ultimate’ Tomkowiak. He was a mainstay for Liquid for nearly two years, signed in July 2024.
Brought onto the roster after being scouted by Russel ‘Twistzz’ Van Dulken, he initially impressed in the Liquid jersey. However, after a couple of years of middling output, he has been officially benched.
Liquid suffered from poor results this season, so much so that they only reached the IEM Cologne Major top 32 due to a technicality by switching to the Americas region.
In their statement, Liquid thanked ultimate for his “high energy plays” both “in and out of the server”.
