The thrilling and close CS:GO action failed to appear in the matchup between Virtus.pro and Ninjas in Pyjamas, resulting in a dominant 2-0 victory to the Russian side. Early in the series, the match developed into a one-sided affair with Virtus.pro in control, which they sustained throughout the entire game.
It was clear that the two teams are in two different stages at the moment, with NiP in a rebuilding phase owing to the addition of the youngster Erik ‘ztr’ Gustafsson, while VP on the other hand looks like a team in near-perfect synergy and with a strong and ideal roster setup.
