This time, NiKo failed to show up in PARIVISION’s second playoff upset over Falcons.
In another tight series, PARIVISION have triumphed over Falcons in consecutive playoff matches. Even PARIVISION’s coach, dastan, expected Falcons to win this series.
I thought Falcons would win this game; they were in good form,” dastan said in the post-match interview. “My team doesn’t care, we just play.”
The lack of pressure is showing as their star player, zweih, showed supreme confidence in beating players like m0NESY and NiKo.
I guess we are just better [than Falcons],” zweih said. “We’re just robots who need to do their work and we know we are going to win.
The breakout story of the season, PARIVISION has beaten MOUZ and Falcons in the playoffs of big tournaments. But the even bigger story is how Falcons keeps tripping at the important hurdles.
NiKo: “The way we lost last season is different to how we are losing this season”
NiKo started out this series by going 0-11, not finding a single kill on the T side of Mirage. It was a map Falcons lost 11-13, so something from NiKo could have gone a long way.
[Mirage T-side] was super weird, I couldn’t get a proper duel,” NiKo said. “But as a team we didn’t play well either, we were hesitant.
In his post-match interview, m0NESY also said he thought Falcons didn’t show up on T-side Mirage. NiKo went on to talk about Falcons’ losses this season, and talked about how they’re not playing well.
The way we lost last season is different to how we’re losing now; we’re not even close to winning trophies,” NiKo said. “I think we just struggle in-game, if we knew the answers we would have already solved it.

Like ships in the night, NiKo and kyousuke’s form can never meet each other on the way.
Falcons have lost two series on stage this year, both to PARIVISION. The first time, kyousuke failed to show up, while NiKo carried. This time, we had the opposite.
