The series then moved to Ancient, where The MongolZ got off to a strong start, leading 5-0. Despite Heroic’s best efforts, they never truly threatened the Asian side’s dominance on the map. The MongolZ held their ground and sealed their place in history, becoming the first-ever Asian team to qualify for a Major playoff. This victory capped off their perfect run in the group stages of the Perfect World Shanghai Major.
BIG Falls Short: A Tough Loss for Europe
On the other stream, another European team, BIG, faced a tough loss against MIBR. The two teams fought hard across two closely contested maps, each team securing a win.
