The situation between Heroic and their now former coach, Nicolai “HUNDEN” Petersen has escalated this Thursday. The Danish coach published a statement yesterday, denying the rumours of him having shared or leaked some of Heroic’s strats or other information.
HUNDEN will not extend his contract with Heroic
This has made Heroic issue the following statement, where the organization explains that they have taken legal actions against HUNDEN, owing to investigations having revealed that “Mr. Petersen had shared confidential and sensitive information from our strategy folder with a key individual at a major competitor prior to the tournament.”

HUNDEN were among the 37 CS:GO coaches, who in September 2020 were banned by Valve after ESIC’s investigation of the so-called “Coaching-Bug Scandal”. The former MAD Lions coach were sentenced to a 12-month ban due to his usage of the spectator bug.
