Inner Circle have announced that Sergey “lmbt” Bezhanov has been removed from his position as head coach and is now open to new opportunities.
The Ukrainian coach, best known for his work with Monte and earlier stints with mousesports, was part of the Inner Circle project since its launch earlier this year. However, after just four months, the two sides have decided to part ways – at least for now.
The organization shared the update on X, citing a long-term vision behind the decision and thanking lmbt for his contributions since the team’s early days.
“I’ll never give up”
lmbt himself responded shortly after with a statement of his own:
– Well sometimes it clicks, sometimes not. So we decided to take a break with Inner Circle to figure out future plans. So I’m open to offers and only thing I’ll never lose in myself is a will to compete. I’ll never give up.
Inner Circle currently sit outside 150 in HLTV’s world ranking and have struggled to gain momentum this year, with limited results and early exits in open qualifiers.
Inner Circle’s new roster:
Tomáš “oskar” Šťastný
Martin “STYKO” Styk
Szymon “kRaSnaL” Mrozek
Frederik “Fessor” Sørensen
Marcus “Q-Q” Krolak-Henriksen
