G2 and Team Liquid have decided to skip the upcoming IEM Brazil event, despite being invited to participate. The event, which is set to take place just before the Major between April 17th – April 23rd, has reportedly not aligned with the schedules of the two teams.
It seems like the two teams have decided to prioritize their preparation for the Major over competing in IEM Brazil. The major, considered to be one of the most prestigious events in competitive CS:GO, is set to take place just weeks after IEM Brazil, and both teams want to ensure they are in top form for the tournament.
