G2 nearly made a “G2”

During the IEM Katowice Grand final between Heroic and G2, the two teams fought their absolute best on Ancient. With the scoreline 6-4 in favor of the mixed Europeans, G2 stood in a 4vs3 situation with the bomb planted. Less did the CT players of G2 know as they took down the two remaining players on the B site but with no bomb to be found.

It’s not the first time that G2 is having a problem with the bomb. Check out this play from back in 2020 where G2 forgot to defuse the bomb against Astralis.
