FANTASY and SAW will not be competing at the upcoming Major in Rio de Janeiro after both teams have been eliminated from the RMR qualifier this Friday. The two underdog squads were set to take on Illuminar and HEET respectively in the 0-2 bracket, where a loss means elimination.
And elimination was exactly the fate FANTASY and SAW suffered today losing 2-1 in the crucial knockout matches in Malta. On the other hand, HEET and Illuminar still hold the chance to make the reverse sweep to go 3-2 and qualify for the Rio Major.
Whom they will play next is yet to be determined.
