Complexity will be without their main AWPer, Håkon “hallzerk” Fjærli, at the upcoming BLAST.tv Austin Major. The Norwegian sniper has been ruled out due to unresolved visa issues.
The news doesn’t come as a major surprise, as reports of his potential absence had already surfaced about a month ago. Now, the Complexity GM, Graham Pitt, has released a video of Junior with the team on site in Texas.
Stepping in is former Complexity player Paytyn “junior” Johnson, who was listed as the team’s official substitute ahead of the event. The 24-year-old AWPer has most recently played for Nouns and Evil Geniuses.
With hallzerk out, Complexity’s lineup for the Major will be:

- Danny “Cxzi” Strzelczyk
- Nick “nicx” Lee
- Paytyn “junior” Johnson

The Austin Major kicks off this Tuesday, as Stage 1 is set to begin. In the first round, Complexity will go up against OG at 17:00 (CET).
