Andreas “Xyp9x” Højsleth has had a bit of a rough start, since returning from his medical leave. In his first series back with his teammates at Astralis, Xyp9x ended the BO3 with a K/D of 46/46. Far from awful, but also not what we have come to expect from the Danish superstar.
However, maybe we could see the clutch-minister regaining his form earlier than expected. One of the many forces the Dane is known for, and possibly the most discussed is his ability to clutch rounds he seemingly shouldn’t have any right in winning.
A prime example of his ability to close out tense rounds was displayed in the first map between G2 and Astralis. And whilst Astralis ended up losing on Dust2, it is sure to be a long-awaited sight for the many Astralis fans.
