Seven of the world’s current top 10 teams, according to HLTV’s World Ranking, are competing in London. Eight teams in total will vie for the title at the BLAST Premier Spring Finals.
The event will be hosted at the OVO Arena Wembley, the second-largest indoor arena in London, boasting 12,500 seats. Originally built in 1934, the arena has hosted the Olympic Games twice, in 1948 and 2012, and was renovated in 2006.
BLAST Premier Spring Finals Teams:
FaZe, Team Spirit, and Team Vitality are the bookmakers’ favorites to win the trophy in London. SAW is the only team in the tournament not ranked in the top 10. The Portuguese team will need to pull off several upsets, starting with their opening match against FaZe, to make an impact in the tournament.

The eight teams are split into two groups, with the top three from each group advancing to the playoffs. All matches up to the Grand Final will be best-of-three, while the Grand Final will be a best-of-five series.

G2 will once again play with a stand-in for the tournament. Ilya “m0NESY” Osipov will miss the event due to visa issues, forcing G2 to field their coach, Wiktor “TaZ” Wojtas, as the fifth player. This is a significant setback for G2, especially since they won IEM Dallas with Ilya “m0NESY” Osipov being named the MVP of that tournament.
*The latest development is, that Ilya “m0NESY” Osipov has communicated via Telegram, that he has received his visa, and will try and make it to London in time to participate in G2’s match against Team Spirit.
