B8 took on Legacy in their third meeting of 2025. B8 once again triumphed over two maps, making it their third win in a row against the Brazilians.

After the match, alex666 revealed that their coach said to just “run” during a tactical pause, which unlocked their ability to defeat Legacy’s defense on Dust2.

Legacy picked Dust2, and got off to a great start. They had an opening 8-4 half on the terrorist side, by getting the pistol and running over B8’s defense.

B8 responded with the pistol on their T half, but Legacy soon streaked rounds together to get an 11-7 lead.

Then B8 used their slow and constrictive offensive style to leave Legacy confused. The rounds were close, but B8 slowly tied the game 11-11 and broke Legacy’s economy.

Legacy responded with a force buy win, with a stunning headshot with the Scout from saadzin. B8 responded with their own round to tie the game 12-12, thanks to a late long take with blistering headshots from npl and alex666.

B8 then completed the comeback easily, by sweeping overtime and sending it to Mirage.

On Mirage, B8 continued to assault Legacy’s defense with their slow style. It garnered them a 9-3 half. Despite losing the pistol, B8 soon took control again and closed the map easily.
