Astralis has announced a new commercial partnership with Bazoom, a Danish-founded global leader in link-building services. In a statement shared with Pley.gg, the organization described this as “the first of a number of new commercial partnerships”, marking a key milestone in Astralis’ new ownership era.
The deal comes less than a month after Astralis was acquired by Fusion Esports Group, a local investor group led by Jakob Lund Kristensen and Jonas Gundersen. The acquisition, finalized in September, was presented as the start of a new chapter focused on revitalizing Astralis both competitively and commercially.
The partnership with Bazoom reflects that ambition. According to Astralis, the collaboration brings together two Scandinavian brands united by “high ambition, Scandinavian quality, and a shared belief in performance at the highest level.”
Bazoom operates a full-service platform that connects brands with nearly 100,000 media outlets worldwide, using data-driven tools to strengthen digital visibility. For Astralis, whose rebuild is centered around long-term growth, new sponsorships like this signal a renewed commercial push under the Fusion Esports Group leadership.
Bazoom expressed excitement about teaming up with one of Denmark’s most iconic esports organizations:
“Astralis is one of the most recognized brands globally in esports and is undergoing a strong rebuild toward former dominance. As the leading brand in link building, we are excited to have found a partner who shares the same ambitions as ourselves,” the company stated.
Major return adds momentum
Astralis hinted that more commercial announcements are on the way, underscoring the organization’s shift toward sustainability and competitive resurgence following the ownership change. On the competitive side, Astralis have qualified for their first Counter-Strike Major since 2022 and will enter the StarLadder Budapest Major in Stage 2. A Major return increases visibility and partner exposure, which can also translate into healthier commercial performance and support the momentum behind this Bazoom partnership.
