Tim “nawwk” Jonasson’s time on BC.Game seems to have come to an end.
The Swedish AWPer has been benched after just five months on the roster, continuing a turbulent run across several teams.
Since early 2024, nawwk has now played under four different banners: Apeks, BLEED, Fnatic, and BC.Game, with each of his last three stints lasting under six months.
The BC.Game roster was built around a familiar core, with nawwk reuniting with former Apeks teammates Joakim “jkaem” Myrbostad and Aleksandar “CacaNito” Kjulukoski. They were later joined by Cai “CYHPHER” Watson and Nemanja “nexa” Isaković to form a competitive roster for 2025.
The team had early success online, including qualifying for IEM Dallas through the European open qualifiers. But that tournament would be their only top-tier showing this year. Later came a failed attempt at qualifying for the BLAST.tv Austin Major.
Now, with nawwk also off the active roster, the team is expected to make further changes. According to insider Vladislav Gromov, BC.Game are showing interest in Polish AWPer MiÅ‚osz “mhL” Knasiak.
