After a thrilling opening day, Group B action kicked off on Thursday at BLAST Open Lisbon 2025, featuring some of the tournament’s most exciting names, including G2, NAVI, and Eternal Fire.
As many would have expected, the favourites delivered strong performances, securing convincing victories to advance to the upper bracket.
It all started with G2 moving past Imperial in the early match, which was followed up with Eternal Fire‘s dominant 2-0 victory over Russel “Twistzz” Van Dulken and the rest of Liquid.
Then we saw M80 push an in-form The MongolZ squad to a third deciding map, although losing the series in the end. Lastly, we saw NAVI hand FURIA a 2-0 defeat to round off the day.
