Dust2 is one of the oldest maps in CSGO history. When being played by professionals Dust2 is known for its aggressive and high-paced playstyle. The map is based on great aim as the duels often are duels with far distances.
To play well on Dust2, you need to know how to defend probably. The map is really wide and is therefore hard for the CTs to defend every ankle. To defend well, you need to know the certain smokes and flashes to help your teammates when peeking. Long control is necessary for the CTs, but if you can’t get long, you need to get control of shorts, otherwise, you will just get run over by both long and short.
