Jakob “Daffu” Schildt, a now former ECSTATIC player, has announced that he will be out of competitive CS:GO indefinitely due to medical reasons. In a comment to Dust2.dk, the 25-year-old Dane explains that he has problems with his wrist and that he doesn’t know for how long he will be on the sideline.
– I have problems with my wrist. I have been to the hospital, where they thought I was suffering from tendinitis. After injecting adrenocortical hormone, they found out that something else must be wrong as it had no effect. Now I’m waiting to go back to the hospital where I have binocular surgery to find out what’s wrong. In the meantime, they also think I’ve got gallstones, and I’m also waiting for a scan after that. We’ll see when I can return. I don’t know, but I hope it will be as soon as possible, Daffu told Dust2.dk.
Farewell legend!
Daffu's contract has now ended with us, and he will be taking a break from competitive CS:GO due to medical reasons.
