MOUZ qualified as the winner of the group after wins against VERTEX, Natus Vincere, and BetBoom.
The group final between MOUZ and BetBoom ended 2-1 in favor of MOUZ with Ádám “torzsi” Torzsás as the highest-rated player in the match. Despite the loss, Vladislav “nafany” Gorshkov and Team BetBoom can still look back at a good run in the group, where they qualified as 2nd in the mix.
In the lower bracket, FaZe ended up winning against GamerLegion. The victory was even sweeter after the loss in the opening round against GamerLegion. The match started as a close affair on Ancient with FaZe winning 13-11. But on Inferno GamerLegion dismantled FaZe winning 13-7, before FaZe came back with a stellar performance on Nuke to win the match with a 13-6 win. Helvijs “broky” Saukants played a great match, and was the difference maker on the server.
The three teams will be matched up with ENCE, G2, and the winner of Complexity vs Monte from Group B in the playoffs that are set to start Friday morning (CEST time).
