MOUZ won the series amongst a clamor of boos from the arena.
Mihai ‘iM’ Ivan was the sole Romanian player in the PGL Cluj-Napoca playoffs this year. He was the crowd favorite, probably heightened due to helping bring the country its first Major at PGL Copenhagen 2024.
Over the course of three maps, iM only got 29 kills, despite winning one of them. MOUZ crushed NAVI on the last two maps, including on their comfort map of Mirage.
Adam ‘torzsi’ Torzsas wasted no time in gloating over their victory, encouraging the crowd to boo more loudly.
“Yeah, boo us more, I can’t hear you! Fuck off.”
MOUZ’s switch to becoming the villain
Anyone using the word “aura” above the age of 20 probably has 70 IQ.
When asked about MOUZ’s change of mentality, torzsi chose to insult the dumbness of the Counter-Strike fanbase, which berates MOUZ for their lack of attitude and trophies.
Admittedlty, MOUZ has failed to win any title that Team Vitality was in the running for. They currently have a 2-10 record against them, which fuels the criticism against MOUZ.
However, MOUZ are the only ones on par with Vitality as far as consistency. They are the only team besides them to reach the top four of every event last year (with the exception of the Starladder Budapest Major).
The scene is somewhat divided on them – some criticize their lack of trophies while others celebrate their consistency.
