Riot Games has dropped Valorant Patch 11.10, and it’s one of the biggest updates in recent months. The long-awaited Harbor rework is finally live, alongside UI improvements, Clove balance changes, and major upgrades to the Collections interface. Competitive and console players are also getting quality-of-life updates – including replay support on console and new MFA verification requirements for ranked play.
Here’s a full breakdown of everything new in Patch 11.10.
General updates
Team HUD health improvements
- Healing Indicator: The top HUD health bar now visually displays when you or a teammate are healing. During recovery, the bar turns teal and fills up as healing progresses, before returning to white when complete.
Collections and UI overhaul
Valorant’s Collection tab is getting a major facelift:
- The grid layout replaces the old carousel design on PC.
- A dedicated page for viewing and equipping player titles.
- Custom skinline backgrounds for more visual flair when browsing Collections.
Note: Korean players will receive these UI updates slightly later with Patch 11.11.
Agent updates
Harbor rework – “Raja Reborn”
After years of underwhelming performance, Harbor’s kit has been rebuilt to make him a more aggressive Controller-Initiator hybrid.
New Ability Layout:
- Cove (Signature Ability)
- Now Harbor’s signature.
- Creates a water smoke that can be aimed precisely — hold fire to move the marker farther, or alt-fire to move it closer.
- Reactivation adds a bulletproof shield, which can be destroyed by sustained damage.
- High Tide
- No longer a signature.
- Costs 300 credits per use.
- Storm Surge (New Ability)
- Throws a whirlpool projectile that nearsights and slows enemies in its radius after a short delay.
- Reckoning (Ultimate)
- Reworked to send a massive wave that rolls forward, nearsighting and slowing all enemies it hits.
- Designed to set up teammates and enable aggressive site takes.
Harbor’s voice lines have been updated, with new dialogue involving Tejo and Waylay, plus fresh intros for Abyss and Corrode.
Clove nerfs
Clove’s pick rate has skyrocketed since release, and Riot is toning her down to give other Controllers a chance to shine.
- Ruse (E): Now only holds 1 charge when Clove is dead.
- Pick-Me-Up (C): Overheal amount reduced from 100 → 50 HP.
These adjustments aim to reduce Clove’s snowball potential when her team already has an advantage.
Omen
- Spectators can now view Omen’s Dark Cover POV when he’s placing smokes – improving broadcast and observer clarity.
Competitive updates
Starting with Patch 11.10, Ascendant and higher-ranked players in North America, LATAM, Brazil, and Korea must enable Riot Mobile MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) to access Competitive Queue.
- MFA verification is part of Riot’s ongoing effort to combat account sharing, smurfing, and win trading.
- Other game modes remain unaffected.

Riot continues refining how players interact with overlapping debuffs and object use mechanics:
