A small live update is out for Apex Legends. Here are the key fixes, what they change in your matches, and when the Sentinel returns.
What changed in today’s server update
- Mirage now gains evo from caches while using the Renaissance Man upgrade.
- Additional server crash fixes improve stability during matches.
- The Sentinel remains disabled until a full client patch ships in early October.
Mirage EVO issue explained
The issue surfaced when people noticed that they’re not getting EVO points on Mirage when a teammate loots an item, it’s been an ongoing issue for over a month now, first time players noticed it was exactly a month ago, Aug 30th –Source

What this means for your matches
Mirage mains should see consistent evo progression from caches with Renaissance Man active. Fewer server crashes mean cleaner reconnects, smoother team fights, and more reliable endgame zones.
When is Sentinel coming back
Respawn says the Sentinel needs a full client patch to reenable. The rifle is scheduled to return in early October, so plan your loadouts around marksmen and other snipers for the next few weeks.
