Legacy has defeated Lynn Vision 2-1, despite losing 2-13 on the first map of the series.

Legacy, a team which only landed in Austin due to BESTIA’s VISA issues, will be in the 2-2 game where the unlikely Brazilians will have a chance to qualify for the playoffs of the Major.

Lynn Vision is eliminated after a run all the way from Stage 1.

Lynn Vision takes their map pick with ease

One of the 1-2 games, elimination was on the line for these two Stage 1 teams.

The series began on Lynn Vision’s map pick, where z4kr rolled over the Brazilian squad with the sniper rifle.

He got 11 AWP kills over 15 rounds, getting up to 20 at the end of the map.

Tables turn for Legacy as dumau goes nuclear

It was one of the highest-rated performances of the Major so far, and Legacy was only able to respond with 2 rounds of their own during the map.

The series moved onto Legacy’s pick of Inferno, where the Brazilians previously won against the #1 seed, Team Vitality.

This game went similarly results-wise, and dumau shone on the CT-side, picking up a 1v1 clutch on low HP and a solo spraydown on Banana for a 3k.

On Nuke, it was a repeat of Inferno as Legacy continued to wipe the board each round.

Across the whole of their T-side, Lynn Vision only managed a single bomb plant, as dumau went 17-3.
