Mathieu “ZywOo” Herbaut and Vitality can do it all right now.

Yesterday, the Frenchman and his teammates secured their fourth consecutive title, and more impressively, an ESL Grand Slam after a heroic comeback at IEM Melbourne.

The trophy was clinched in thrilling fashion, with Vitality overturning a 12-6 deficit against Falcons on the fifth and deciding map.

Speaking in a desk segment after the victory, ZywOo reflected on the chaotic final moments.

– It’s been an amazing night. It was a really hard final. You can see that we fought until the end. They did not give us any chance for an easy win. So, like you can see I’m so fucking exhausted because we gave everything, ZywOo said.

YNk: Was this your craziest game that you’ve ever played?

– Yeah, I think so. Especially on Nuke. We were down 12-6 and I don’t know how we came back from this. Obviously, we spoke about it on team speak that we have a great team, and we know that we can come back from every single situation. But this one was rough, because we close to lose a lot of rounds, but we came back. Actually, I don’t know what happened during the game – it was so fast.

Steel: I need to copy your routine…. Falcons had a different player showing up every map, but you were there the whole way through. What do you do to have that endurance?

– Happiness. That’s the only thing. I don’t eat breakfast, I have a good sleeping schedule. But the main thing is that I just enjoy playing Counter-Strike. Just to play and enjoy it with my teammates. I have such a freaking great team around me.

Vitality will already be in action again on Wednesday when ZywOo and company kick off their campaign at BLAST Rivals Season 1, taking place in Copenhagen. Here they will play against Wildcard.
