Instead, the Marco “Snappi” Pfeiffer-led squad has fought through ten qualifiers this season, and failed to reach a main event every single time.

But that could change this Tuesday.

Is this the time for NIP?

At 16:00 CEST, NIP will face Metizport in a decisive best-of-five series, with a spot at PGL Astana 2025 on the line.

The matchup marks the grand final of the European Closed Qualifier, and it’s easily NIP’s biggest opportunity of the year so far.

High stakes for both sides

There’s a lot on the line for both teams in today’s clash.

For NIP, a win would end a drought that stretches all the way back to November 2024, being their last main event appearance.

Beyond the prestige of qualifying for a $1.25 million tournament, NIP also desperately need VRS points to climb back up the European rankings.

For Metizport, the pressure is different. A win would all but secure them a spot in the upcoming Major Regional Qualifier (MRQ) for the BLAST.tv Austin Major. According to HLTV, Metizport sit at number 20 in Europe, right on the edge.
