Last week Virtus.pro and Gambit were banned from participating in ESL Pro League as Organizations. The Tournament Organizer instead gave the two rosters the opportunity to play under a neutral name.
ESL issues statement regarding Ukraine
Today, Dexerto has learned, that the roster of Virtus.pro will play in the tournament under the name “Outsiders”.
The CIS Organization gave permission to its players to participate in a public statement last week, where they also complained about the decision from ESL.
Virtus.pro criticize ESL decision and describes it as a sign of the “cancel-culture”
Virtus.pro or Outsiders, are set to play in Group B against ENCE, FURIA, FaZe, Sprout, and Team Vitality.
