The 25-year-old rifler joins Dzhami “Jame” Ali and his teammates following an unsuccessful period at Cloud9, where he, along with the rest of the star-studded lineup, failed to meet expectations. In his new role at Virtus.pro, Denis “electroNic” Sharipov will be taking the place of Nikolay “mir” Bityukov, who only joined the team in July 2023.
While Virtus.pro had been achieving decent results in recent months, they fell short of making the playoffs at the PGL Copenhagen Major and were eliminated in the Quarter-Finals at IEM Chengdu.
Cloud9, on the other hand, has not yet revealed who will fill the gap left by Denis “electroNic” Sharipov. Instead, they have opted to withdraw from the upcoming ESL Pro League tournament due to a shortage of players.
In light of a roster change we made a decision to withdraw from ESL Pro League Season 19.
We'll be back in action at Esports World Cup: EU Qualifier later this week. https://t.co/WcKjsxik2S
