The upcoming CS:GO Major in Paris, France will be without the attendance of Evil Geniuses. That became a reality this morning (CET) when the North Americans suffered a devastating loss against TeamOne in the NA RMR Closed Qualifier.
Vincent “Brehze” Cayonte and company didn’t even make it to the RMR, which is the last qualifier before the actual Major, with this failure being just one out of many for the big and resourceful organization.
Their seventh place here at the closed qualifier is just one place shy of further advancement, where the likes of your, Detonate and Nouns all managed to qualify.
Do Evil Geniuses really deserve to be an ESL and BLAST partner team?
As Timothy “autimatic” Ta honestly states following the 2-0 loss and the elimination, this is “rock bottom” for him and also apologizes to the fans and the organization for the performance.
