The first four teams from the closed qualifiers have secured their spots at the crucial RMR event for this year’s Shanghai Major.

This Thursday, during the closed qualifier for European teams, one veteran player stood out — Tomáš “⁠oskar⁠” Šťastný. The former mousesports AWPer delivered an exceptional performance, carrying SINNERS through four impressive maps to clinch their qualification, where he averaged an insane 2.03 rating.

The Czech team is joined by Cloud9, SAW, and Sangal, all of whom also achieved a 3-0 record in today’s closed qualifier.

The closed qualifier for the Major will ultimately grant 12 additional spots for the RMR. Still fighting for a seat among the top dogs are profiled teams such as OG, BIG, ENCE and GamerLegion. You can find all the participants down below.
