Nico “nicoodoz” Tamjidi has joined OG on a permanent basis, the organization announced Saturday.
The Danish AWPer had been standing in for the team since early March and now becomes a full-time member, giving OG a Danish core alongside Christian “Buzz” Andersen and captain Christoffer “Chr1zN” Storgaard.
During his trial period, nicoodoz helped OG lift the trophy at CCT Season 2 Europe Series 20, marking the team’s first tournament victory since 2021.
“Let’s get to work”
In a statement posted on X, nicoodoz shared his thoughts on the move:
– I’m thrilled to officially join OG Esports after an incredible month with the team. From day one, I’ve felt welcomed and supported, and I couldn’t be happier to continue this journey together. We’ve already achieved great things, and this is just the beginning.
– A huge thank you to my teammates, the staff, and, of course, the OG fans for their trust and support. Time to keep pushing forward and make even bigger things happen. Let’s get to work!
