Report: coldzera close to signing with new team
Will the former SK and Luminosity legend be a good fit for Complexity?
The Brazilian superstar Marcelo “coldzera” David hasn’t played a single minute of competitive Counter-Strike since the middle of May this year, where he shortly after was ditched by FaZe. However, it seems like there’s light at the end of the tunnel for the legendary rifler.
A joint report by Dexerto, 1pv.fr and ge state to have sources confirming that Marcelo “coldzera” David is close to signing with the North American-based team Complexity. The beforementioned media sites believe that an official announcement will come in the near future.
coldzera is set to fill the void for Kristian “k0nfig” Wienecke, who currently is taking a medical leave due to a recent hand surgery after an accident in the airport before the start of ESL Pro League Season 14. An injury, which will keep him away for several weeks it’s expected.
The report doesn’t say anything about whether the transfer will be a permanent move or just a temporary decision until k0nfig is ready to compete again. coldzera will allegedly make his Complexity debut at BLAST Premier Fall Groups later this month.
If the report is true, Complexity will field the following roster:
Benjamin "blameF" Bremer
Patrick "es3tag" Hansen
Valentin "poizon" Vasilev
Justin "jks" Savage
Marcelo "coldzera" David
