ESL and the partner teams of ESL Pro League have announced, that the agreement has been extended.

The initial agreement was signed in February 2020 and was meant to improve monetization and establish a new governance model around ESL Pro League. The partner teams include BIG, Complexity, Evil Geniuses, ENCE, FaZe Clan, Fnatic, Furia, G2 Esports, Mousesports, Natus Vincere, Ninjas in Pyjamas, Team Liquid, Team Vitality, and Astralis.

The partner teams and ESL are also committed to grow and support the North American ecosystem, which has been under pressure due to Covid-19 and Valorant.
The CEO of Astralis, Anders Hørsholt commented on the new deal on Twitter.
