Oleksandr “s1mple” Kostyliev will soon be back in action and competing against the Counter-Strike elite, following the announcement of his short-term move to FaZe earlier today.

But what can we expect from the Ukrainian star AWPer?

In an interview made before today’s news, Mohan “launders” Govindasamy gives his take on s1mple and his potential in CS2. While launders admitted that s1mple hasn’t looked sharp in the new game so far, he remains confident that the former NAVI star can bounce back.

– From what we have seen from s1mple in CS2, it’s not been good. But as m0NESY said to me when CS2 came out: “It’s the same shit”.

– And s1mple was THAT good at the end of CS:GO, so I think he can come back to that level in CS2. In many ways the new game is easier if you are able to adapt, and I think he can do that, Launders said to Pley.gg
